Types Of Meganyl® Dyes
Our company has a lot of dyes suitable for polyamide and polyamide fiber blends. We carefully select four types of dyes:
Meganyl® L Dyes Meganyl® L Dyes contain one sulpho group with high light fastness and very good levelling and migration properties. They are suitable for pale to medium shades. These dyes are also called levelling dyes.
Meganyl® A Dyes Meganyl® A Dyes contain one sulpho group or two sulpho groups with good wet fastness in medium shades. They can be used as straight brilliant colorants and suitable for pale to medium shades. People aslo call them half-milling dyes.
Meganyl® M Dyes Meganyl® M Dyes contain two sulpho groups with high wet fastness and very brilliant shades. Also called milling acid dyes. They can serve as the shading materials for our Prolan® S Dyes. Good for sportswear with its high wet fastness properties.
Meganyl® HS Dyes Meganyl® HS Dyes are acid dyes with fluorescence. They have very brilliant shades. Mainly used as cautionary clothing like sportswear. Also serves as the fluorescent targets in the sea.

Dyeing process of Dyes
Dyeing process of Meganyl® L Dyes
A: 0.5-1% levelling agent (suitable)
0.18-0.75g/L disodium phosphate
0.025-0.75g/L monosodium phosphate
pH value: 6-8
B: X% Meganyl® L Dyes
1g/L anti-creasing agent (suitable), 0.5-1g/L anti-foaming agent (suitable) if necessary.
Dyeing process of Meganyl® A Dyes
A: 0.5-1% levelling agent (suitable)
0.5-2g/L sodium acetate
pH value: 5-6 ( Adjust pH with acetic acid)
B: X% Meganyl® A Dyes
1g/L anti-creasing agent (suitable), 0.5-1g/L anti-foaming agent (suitable) if necessary.
Dyeing process of Meganyl® M Dyes
A: 0.5-1% levelling agent (suitable)
0.5-2g/L ammonium acetate or sodium acetate
pH value: 4.5-6 (Adjust pH with acetic acid)
B: X% Meganyl® M Dyes
1g/L anti-creasing agent (suitable), 0.5-1g/L anti-foaming agent (suitable) if necessary.
