Product Introduction
Acid blue 40 CAS# 6424-85-7 is an anthraquinone dye with the appearance of dark blue powder. It dissolves in water. Soluble in ethanol and acetone. The water solution shows greenish blue color.
Mainly used in the dyeing and printing of wool, silk and nylon/polyamide. And can also be used in the dyeing of leather.
pH 3.0-4.0 recommended for the dyeing of wool; pH 4.5-5.5 recommended for the dyeing of nylon/polyamide.
