Product Introduction
Acid yellow 17 CAS# 6359-98-4 is a monoazo dye with the appearance of yellow powder. It dissolves easily in water and the water solution shows greenish yellow color. Slightly soluble in ethanol and acetone and insoluble in other organic solvents.
Acid yellow 17 is suitable in the dyeing of wool, silk, nylon/polyamide and leather. It can also be used in the dyeing of paper, paint, medicine and cosmetics.
pH 2.0-4.0 recommended for the dyeing of wool; pH 2.0-4.0 recommended for the dyeing of nylon/polyamide.
