Product Introduction
Acid yellow 44 CAS#2429-76-7 is a diazo dye with the appearance of yellow powder. It dissolves in water but the solubility is low. The water solution shows greenish yellow color. Slightly soluble in ethanol and acetone.
Mainly used in the dyeing of wool, silk, nylon/polyamide and in direct printing. Also used in the dyeing of leather.
pH 4.5-5.0 recommended for the dyeing of wool; pH 5.0-5.5 recommended for the dyeing of nylon/polyamide.
